Chamber Certification is American World Trade Chamber’s new online system for Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Free Sale, and Embassy Legalization/Apostille for exporters.

Offered in partnership with hundreds of local chambers of commerce across the United States, Chamber Certification is designed to help streamline the export process for companies large and small.

Our current system has been around a long time, while technology has moved ahead. Chamber Certification features the latest user friendly technology and an even higher level of security.

Most importantly, Chamber Certification is a platform that will allow us to expand and enhance the system even further over the coming months and years.

We all work as a team to help build the American economy through exports!

Because Chamber Certification utilizes entirely new technologies, old records are not available online. However, these records are all stored in our secure cloud data storage center, and will be retained for seven years. An email to our support team will allow you to retrieve an old record for any reason, such as when needed for a Customs audit or if it is lost at your company.

From now on, all new Applications you create in Chamber Certification are retained in the “History” section for seven years.

A Certificate of Origin (COO) is an official document that certifies the country where a product was manufactured. It is often required by customs authorities in the importing country to determine the origin of goods for tariff and trade purposes.

~ Log in or register for an account.

~ Complete the online application form.

~ Upload required supporting documents (e.g., commercial invoice or foreign COO).

~ Submit for review and certification.

~ Download as a PDF or print the certified COO.
